8 MONTHS STILL NO KITCHEN WINDOW - Windows Replacement
I purchased a kitchen window MARCH 30, 2016. from Lowes in Washington DC. Lowes delivered a glass which the " Lowes installers" said was not acceptable. I contacted the store AGAIN and AGAIN . I was told we are working on it .. told them I needed this job completed before Thanksgiving. I was assured it would be done. September 26 installers arrived with a basement window for my kitchen... would not fit ... Again "LOWES .. promised it would be done. On NOVEMBER Ist I was told they cannot find a replacement window.. What type of home improvement company cannot replace a Washington DC row house kitchen window?????
I was told to come in and get my money back. ... THREE weeks before Thanksgiving.
This is the only Lowes in DC....and I am UNHAPPY
