    We have been in constant contact with Lowe's Corporate concerning a problem with a epoxy floor paint problem, but after 4 months of this, we have decided to try another option to reach out to lowe's concerning refund and financial help to solve this problem.   • Lowe's False Imprisonment Policy



    I am being retaliated against because of my speaking up and my not allowing management to berate and belittle me. I am a grown man and I do not expect to be yelled at by either management or an employee. My disability, BPD, was made known to management members early on as a new, seasonal hire.   • Dishwasher



    I purchased a dishwasher from the store on Oddie Blvd in Sparks in Oct 2010. I have had nothing but problems with it and the customer service ever since. 1. The dishwasher had a sign on it saying that it was GUARANTEED to be installed within 3 days of purchase. After MANY phone calls, it was installed 5 days after purhase. 2. My credit card was charged incorrectly an then the fix was charged interst incorrectly. Another lengthly phone call to get it fixed. 3. My 4 month old dishwasher is not working.     We ordered laminate countertops from the Christiansburg, VA Lowe's and everything was wrong: the countertops were warped, the backsplashes weren't on a 180 degree angle, many of the lengths were off, and one didn't have a backsplash. The reorder of one came in wrong again--cut too short AND for the 2nd time without a backsplash. The whole experience ruined our pleasure in our new kitchen. More...

    Dear Mr Niblock, I am writing this in response to my recent termination at Lowes 1735. I have spent the last 5.5 years at this store and have given 150% of my life for this company. I was recently terminated for a policy violation that I was never even made aware of. I was terminated for failure to report harassment assessment even though this happened outside of Lowes store after hours. I feel I was wrongfully terminated for this.     On October 16, 2008 I went into Lowes, located at 2250 Lake Washington Blvd, West Sacramento, CA to see if they could match the paint to what I have in my living room, which is beige and spoke with an associate in the Paint Dept.. I was assured he could match the paint. After taking the paint home and painting the wall I was trying to match I noticed the color wasn’t even close to the rest of the living room.     as a former employee and current (occasional) customer Lowe's is the LAST place I go for ANYTHING. Customers often comment on the sparse staff and difficulty of finding adequate service. Associates often comment on the lack of staff and training, which prevents them for providing the level of service that Lowe's claims as their hallmark.   • One Door short



    In May of this year (2008) I ordered three interior doors and payed $1240 for the doors and installation ( they insisted that because they were custom made, I had to pay the full price up front) It is now October 22 and I have two doors hung and a third one that has to be reoredered. The installers chipped two of the doors ( BADLY - I'm not the fussy sory) and two doors that came in damaged. In the mean time, we've had all sorts of company and had to hang a sheet on the door...Very little help from Lowes...I've never seen such an incompetent job in my life. More...
