    Well, I am a disappointed customer. I have fallen on hard times, but always, made my payments on time with Lowes. I know you are part of Symphony Bank...I understand my credit score is not what it use to be.   • My Dream Deck continued

    on May 27th got a call from JP saying the job they were on is taking longer and would start mine on the 29th of May, on the 28th got a call saying they would start on June 1st, june 1,st no call and no show that weekend we repeatedly tried calling Kim (project manager?) our calls ere never returned so again we reached out to Mr Miller who the said they would be there on Tues June 2nd.   • My Dream Deck is now my Nightmare

    In late April 2015 I refinanced my home in NC so I could build my dream deck and above ground pool. I already had 2 bids an then decided o cll Lowes for a 3rd. Very nice gentlemen came to the house, Will Miller from Wilmington,NC monkey junction Store. I explained I wanted a 41 ft long Deck and 14 ft wide on the back of the house that would butt up to the pool.     Worst customer service ever both locally and corporate. Purchased laminate flooring in October 2013 for most of the house. The cost was over $4000.00. Chose Lowes as a frequent customer and great product back up. In April 2014 the laminate started to lift. Area under a window became corrupt. This was determined to be water damage from a leak and homeowners took care of this. The insurance company stated other damage was not related to the leak.   • Poor delivery and customer service

    On 8/23 I ordered a dishwasher and counter top and other items to be delivered. It was scheduled for 8/27. But on 8/27 when I had not received a time frame, I called to see what time it was to be delivered, and I was infromed they moved my deliverey date to 9/8 without my knowledge because the dishwasher wasnt in yet. I didnt even know if I could be there then, and they didnt seem to care.   • Lowes flooring installers steal

    Purchased laminates and carpet from Lowes in Augusta GA which were installed on May 19-20. Upon arrival home on the 20th, we found that the installers had stolen my husband's wedding band, ate two containers of oreos and left the empty trash in the pantry, took two bags of popcorn, left off the closet doors they removed for installation and did not haul off the old flooring.     Shame on me for not heeding the warning (indifferent and clueless store personnel) but when I encountered that I actually e-mailed Robert Niblock their CEO. Well, all would be well, and then they quoted $217.00 per blind (five panel bow window) or $1,085.00 that amount ballooned up to $1,540.00 with installation. Really, $455.00 for installation alone....$91.00 per blind, or roughly half the cost of each blind!   • lowes broken appliances

    i bought a whirlpool refrigerator from lowes in which the door were not adjusted correctly, my fridge do not make ice and leaks all the time. all problems were from onset of purchase. my fridge creates ice at the bottom. I was unable to have someone from lowes repair my problems and really screwed up because my 1 yr warrantee has expired.     I absolutely despise Lowes. It doesn't matter which store I go to, I have nothing but problems. I'm a contractor and try to use this company for my supplies, but after as much as I have to deal with you, I'm DONE!   • Defective Rain bird Control

    I Puchased a rainbird STS600S rairbird irrigation control less than a year ago. Lowes will not honor the stated manufacturers customer satisfaction policy of a refund.Which states that if a customer becomes dissatisfied with a residential product within a reasonable time they may return it to the retailer for refund.I have had the unit less than a year.     Pretty sad that I worked my tail off for Lowe's 3 yrs and also as a Department Manager I had asked HR in Clovis, NM to help me with an open opportunity to change positions in departments so I could help the mother of my new born son which is an employee there as well so i could get a second part time job to help her support my son.   • Propane Grill

    I bought a propane grill from Lowe's in 2007. They delivered the grill assembled. However, it was assembled incorrectly and a neighbor had to take it apart and reassemble it. They need to hire people who know how to assemble things correctly. I also remember going there one time and one of the employees was so rude and obnoxious, I could barely stand him.     Lowe's was running a rebate of $5 on each gallon of Valspar paint. I purchased 9 gallons and sent off my receipt, thinking I would get a rebate of $45 but I got $5. I am upset! Sherwin Williams was running a sale at the same time with a whooping 30% off on exterior paint, which I received right then off my ticket. I should have bought all my paint from them.     4 years ago we had Lowes install carpet in our whole house on one of their Installation Specials. We picked out top carpet, they came out and installed it and it looked good. We moved into the house and in less than a year they had to come back and restretch the carpeting. Now 4 years later our carpet looks like a roller coaster, hump after hump.     My wife and I can't express how dissatisfied we are with this organization. We purchased a washer and drier (both floor models) from the this particular distributor.     My husband and I shop Lowes all the time for everything. On January 17th at 11 AM, we purchased 5 packages of insulation on line.     My wife and I just purchaced our first home and we trusted Lowes for our remdeling needs!     My husband and I were shopping in Lowes in Charlottesville, VA today, 1/10/12. We had put some items into our buggy and continued to shop. We saw some shelving that we were interested in - a big tag on the shelf, that was put together, said it would support up to 1,000# per shelf and the price was $66.97.     I just visited 3 Lowes Stores; Huntersville, Mooresville, and Troutman without getting what I needed or any suggests or further help!     You sold me a mower and an extended warranty without having a service provider in the area. It's been a week and this has not been resolved. I have a 3 acre lawn that keeps growing.     I purchased a riding mower 4 months ago with an extended warranty from Lowe's. It needs service now and I find out that Lowe's doesn't have anyone to service it.   • Nasty Not Niceness

    Gave One of my employes a hard time about returns due to the product was missing parts. How much do you think it cost for my guys to have to go back to the store to get a replacement but also to be told he should had known it was missing parts. Well Know wonder their store is always empty. Lowes also lies about price matching, as they have screwed us on this many times. This Co. spend about $380thousand a year in electrical parts.
