HORRIBLE!!!!!
I absolutely despise Lowes. It doesn't matter which store I go to, I have nothing but problems. I'm a contractor and try to use this company for my supplies, but after as much as I have to deal with you, I'm DONE! From now on I will drive twice as far to go to Home Depot because they at least get my orders right. Most recently I was getting landscape timbers for a customer. Not only was the selection atrocious, but they sent me to 6 different locations to get them, and then when they finally sent me to the right spot, someone was suppose to meet me there to help me load up...15 minutes later still nobody. It wasn't until after I started loading them up myself, and then they came out and hollared at me. When I called the manager later that evening to complain, he told me I was welcome to take my business elsewhere...he didn't even try to offer an explanation as to their terrible service. And no, I was not rude on the phone when I called. I will NEVER go to Lowes again. They have ticked me off one too many times.
